How do I check in? 

Most of our homes have keyless entry, but now all. For our homes that have keyless entry, codes will be provided via text once Guest provides an ETA and cellphone 24/48 hours prior to arrival. For our homes that require a key to gain entry, please provide an ETA and cellphone number 24/48 hours prior to arrival and instructions will be provided. Late or early arrivals (if arranged) are no problem!

 Are pets allowed? 

Please inquire within. Each home is different.

 Is there daily housekeeping & linen service?

Since we are not a hotel, we do not offer daily housekeeping or linen service.  The cleaning fee you pay in your rental charges are for a departure clean only.  If you need to do laundry during your stay, there is either a nearby coin laundry and/or washer and dryer within the home.

 What are the check in/check out times?

Check-in is at   4:00 pm PST

Check-out is at 10:00 am PST

 What are rooftop, deck or balcony hours? (if appplicable)

8:am - 8:00 pm

 What are rooftop, deck or balcony quiet hours? (if applicable)

8:00 pm - 8:00 am

 Is smoking permitted?

Under NO circumstances is smoking allowed in any of our homes. San Francisco is a smoke-free community.

 Do I need a vehicle?

A personal vehicle is NOT recommended, particularly if you are staying within any of our 90% or better walkscore homes. Please see www.walkscore.com.  Is booking online secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order through our secure server. Personal information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
